Thankful Thursday

Today, I am thankful that it's almost Friday.

I am thankful for this BEAUTIFUL weather!

...for the usual; my kids, my home, my husband, ect.

...Coffee. I couldn't function without it.

...my family.

...my best friend, Raven. Even when we test each other's nerves, we do it respectively and still love each other when it's all said and done lol :)

...my ability to learn music quickly. I think it's in my genes though.

...Pinterest. Because I officially know there are other people out there who hate Justin Beiber & Nickleback, can relate almost everything in life to Harry Potter, and are just as addicted to reading & coffee as I am.

Thankful Thursday

Today I am thankful for:

*God. I'm not a perfect person. I probably make more mistakes than the average person. And I struggle everyday with myself. But I know that I have a God that loves me no matter what. And I'm thankful that I can pray to Him every night before I close my eyes for bed.

 

*My husband and his understanding in me. I'm thankful that he loves me for who I am and that he will stick up for me in any situation. And he also understands that sometimes, this momma needs a margarita. Or two. On a weeknight....

*The beautiful weather we've been having!

 *My drive-me-crazy-but-I-don't-know-what-I-would-do-without-them kids. And the fact that my daughter just said "britches". LOL!

*The person I'm becoming. I'm beginning to sort of "find" myself. Even though I was always "there". Confused? LOL! I'm gaining my self-confidence back, little by little. I'm realizing that inner beauty is more important than outer. I'm realizing that I shouldn't really care what ANYONE thinks of how I look. And the more I realize all this stuff, the better I feel about myself:)

 

*Anyone who reads my blog. Most of the time I feel like I'm pretty much talking to myself lol. And that's okay! But if you do read this, it does mean a lot to me.

Thankful Thursday

 

I am thankful for my husband. I am thankful for all that he does for his family.

I am thankful for my family. They have always stood behind me.

I am thankful for my beautiful, healthy, smart children. They brighten my day.

I am thankful for our house. Even though it's not picture perfect, it's our home. And I know it's not forever.

I am thankful for the opportunity to be able to go back to school. I know this is what I am supposed to be doing and I know it will pay off in the future.

I'm thankful for the food in our cabinets, water in our sink, and the laundry in the washer.

I am thankful for my best friend, Raven. I truly love her and think very highly of her. She is always there for me and I know I can always be myself around her:)

I am thankful for each day I get to wake up. 

And even though I need to work on a few aspects of my life, I am thankful for the life that has been given to me.
