Weekend Update/What I Wore

This weekend was pretty much like every weekend here at our house...laid back.

I actually put normal clothes on so I decided to snap some pics.

Top: gift//Jeggings: Old Navy//Boots: JCPenney (3 yrs ago)//Boot Socks: Target
I've really got to work on my facial expressions.....plus my photographer four year old was making me laugh.
If I had lots of money, I would have super cute clothes. But since I am not made of money, I work with what I got. *Here's to hoping for tons of giftcards for Christmas!* ;)

Kenzie was looking pretty snazzy, too, so I snapped a photo of her.
Of course, she had to pose.
Brag Alert: I made her bow:)
My FIL is a police officer and he let us ride in his Police Car for the Christmas parade and throw candy.
Kenzie's facial expression here is priceless. She IS in the back of a police car....
The kids got to talk to Santa one on one before the parade started! They LOVED that.

After we drove through the parade, we got to watch the rest of it, since we were the 2nd car in line.

I'm still not sure why there was a Bunny on skates.
And of course, Elvis singing Blue Christmas!

After the parade, we came back home and ate Chili dogs and I made these bad boys:
 I die.
These were SO good.
The only thing I didn't add was the walnuts.
I just want to put that glaze on errrrthing.

Oh, and last night I put up the Christmas tree.
And it only took me 40 minutes plus a few curse words.
Tonight, we decorate.

I swear, it's gonna take us all of December just to put up our decorations.
We are procrastinators just so busy!
